- Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room - The hotel does not accept personal cheques - Extra bedding is available for specific room categories only Fees apply Access to the Eclipse rooftop lounge: - children under 11 are not permitted in the Eclipse rooftop lounge - children from 12 to 17 are permitted until 21:00 and must be accompanied by an adult Please note cats and dogs weighing 18kg or less are allowed upon request and cost EUR 25 per day Guests travelling with pets are kindly requested to sign an agreement upon check-in and to pay a non-refundable cleaning fee of EUR 100 Access to the WET Deck: - children under 16 are permitted in the pool until 18:00 They must be accompanied by an adult at all times when on the WET Deck The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in at the hotel and must be valid for the entire stay Please note, when booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply Please note that if you do not arrive on the expected date, the room will be held until the following times: If a Credit Card is provided upon booking, the room will be held until check-out the next day If a Credit Card was not provided, the room will be held until the specified cancellation time Please note that for non-refundable reservations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date, if a valid credit card is not provided, the booking will be cancelled
